A leading global management consultancy are looking for a MBA/Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join their team. This role will assist in the coordination of recruitment of the firm's Associate Consultants and Consultants through Undergraduate and MBA programmes. As MBA/Graduate Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the CV screening process and keeping to deadlines for sending online tests
  • Supporting in the coordination of interview day logistics
  • Facilitating and attending recruiting events and interview days with team mates as and when
  • Organising and supporting regular recruiting meetings
  • Supporting the coordination of marketing/on-campus operations across universities
  • Managing inboxes, ensuring efficient turnaround on all candidate interactions and requests
  • Supporting on project work on an ad-hoc basis

As MBA/Graduate Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:

  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Strong education, to degree level ideally
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
