Your new role
As HR Partner (Senior HR Advisor) you will provide high quality HR advisory services to the organisations clients who will become your key stakeholders building strong working relationships.
- Support is delivered on all aspects of HR casework including:
- Sickness absence management
- Discipline, grievance and other employee relations issues
The role will also include providing advice and guidance on:
- Union Negotiations
- Performance Management
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD L.5
- Experience within an Advisory role previously
- Happy to travel to sites across the North East or cover the Darlington area (depending on where you live)
