Job Details

Are you an ER specialist or a HR Generalist with exposure to managing a high volume of absence management casework?
 
Ashley Kate are supporting a great business as they look to recruit an interim ER Advisor to support them with an absence management project. This is a full time for six months, with a salary of up to £38k.
 
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
·Managing high volume absence management casework.
·Analysing key trends and making improvements where necessary.
·Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and managing their expectations.
·Write and create triangle material to support managers with absence management.
·Support the Head of ER with any ad hoc ER related work.
 
We are looking for:
 
·Extensive experience managing a high volume of ER casework.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Solid experience managing key stakeholders.
·Experience with unions is advantageous but not essential.
·Available for an November start.
