A leading, full service global law firm is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Executive on a permanent basis. Reporting to an inspirational Head of Grad Rec, this role not only has involvement with the established trainee recruitment processes for the UK but additional ownership of D&I project and a flagship international programme. The position will be based in the City with a hybrid working week offered.

Duties:

  • Own the delivery of the graduate recruitment diversity strategy
  • Manageme the graduate recruitment strategy of 6 target universities
  • Organisation of and attendance at, campus events throughout the year including Careers Fairs, Presentations and Skills Workshops
  • Key point of contact for external suppliers of all external advertising
  • Working alongside Graduate Recruitment Manager providing input into annual marketing campaign strategy
  • Accountable for the delivery of communication campaigns and ensuring this reflects key target groups
  • Review of applications throughout the recruitment season to ensure consistency of selection decisions
  • Interviewing for both vacation programmes and trainee roles
  • Main point of contact for candidates with disabilities
  • Management and delivery of the annual US summer programme and LLM recruitment
  • Management and delivery of the annual advanced graduate delivery programme, including marketing and selection process. Other responsibilities
  • Provide support for the graduate recruitment specialist leading on the summer and winter vacation programmes where appropriate
  • Key point of contact for all offered candidates

Requirements:

  • Experience of successful volume entry-level recruitment is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Graduate Recruitment market and Higher Education
  • Worked on Diversity programmes and passionate about driving this forward - interest in the broadening access agenda
  • Evidence of strong university relationships in the UK would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and strives for excellence
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates quickly
