HR Coordinator

Your new role

As HR Coordinator, you will report to an experienced, friendly HR Advisor with support from the wider team in Compliance and H&S. This varied role will primarily support HR activities, but also collaborate with colleagues in other teams as above. It will provide a great opportunity to gain some broad HR generalist skills within a growing business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Be a key point of contact across all business areas, dealing with enquiries and escalating where necessary.
• Provide additional support within the team for end-to-end onsite recruitment and on boarding experience including writing adverts, through to organising the offer, applying for references and induction processes.
• Provide additional support for HR administration activities within the employee life cycle including management of holidays, sickness, absence, payroll activities as required.

• Support the development / implementation of a HR system, with particular focus on accuracy of employee details and development activities.

• Attend meetings, recording actions and monitoring to provide management information.
• Produce monthly HR metrics and reports to ensure follow up actions are completed.
• Review to continually improve and grow and be willing to develop your career as the company grows.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum) and have experience in a HR role / function previously, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Salary offered between £24,000-£26,000 (DOE), 25 days holiday + BH's, pension matched to 3%, company events and free onsite parking.
