Payroll Data Compliance Officer - up to 40K - Permanent - Fully Remote

I am working with a global organisation that are going through vast growth across the business and in payroll with this newly created role to sit within payroll.

You will be working with closely with the internal and external stakeholders along with payroll to research, collate and document all new rules, regulations and processes for each country they operate in.

The Payroll Data Compliance Officer on a permanent basis reporting into the Payroll Lead assisting/working on
- updating all new processes and rules changes for each country
- Work on RFI tender processes
- Assisting with payroll duties

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Collating, researching updating documentation for each country
- Take ownership of process from start to finish
- Play a key part of the RFI tender process
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders with new processes and information per country
- Assist in supporting with processing payroll from time to time
- Look at process improvements by proposing new ideas and solutions
- Ideally international payroll experience
