As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will primarily be responsible for running the end to end recruitment life cycle. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role sits within the wider HR team, who are supportive, dynamic and collaborative.

Client Details

The client is a Financial Services firm who are a leader in their market with offices across the globe. You will be sat in their prestigious City of London offices with the opportunity to work from home as this client offers full working flexibility. The client is offering a generous salary and excellent benefits, as well as progression and autonomy in the role as a Recruitment Business Partner.


As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment life cycle for a number of different roles across the corporate function. From the initial job briefing to offer and close, you will also be working closely with key stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with employer branding, diversity and inclusion and coaching.


The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in an internal recruitment role, working in a Financial Services or Professional Services firm. You must have experience in recruiting across corporate functions, as well as managing senior stakeholders. You must be polished, articulate and professional.
