Salary: up to £44,000 plus benefits
Location: Remote working with 3 days in Manchester office

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be assisting this highly successful, nationwide law firm with their search for a HR Manager to join the growing HR team based out of Manchester.

A great company with offices nationwide it's due to success and growth that this opportunity has arisen and provides the chance to work a true generalist role providing HR and Talent Acquisition, strategic and operational support for the firm.
With the business's continued growth it's essential that the successful HR Manager possesses TUPE experience from start to finish and comes from a professional service background, law firm not essential but would be an added benefit.
Key responsibilities;

*Providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers
*Provide a full generalist HR support across the Manchester office
*Employee relations - Running and managing formal processes
*Lead on our projects that are coming up which will include TUPE
*Provide day to day advice and guidance on employment legislation, best practice, the firm's policies, procedures, and benefits.
*Coaching and developing managers

Key skills & experience;

*Experience of working a HR generalist role within a professional services environment
*Demonstrable experience in TUPE from start to finish (not just consultation)
*Strong employee relations experience from lower level to more complex cases
*Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees
*Ability to lead on HR projects
*Ability to think strategically
* Ability to work independently with confidence in own decision making
* Ability to utilise analytical HR data
* CIPD qualification, ideally level 5+
