Based within a busy food manufacturing site, just outside Boston, and reporting into the Senior HR BP on site, you will take ownership of the end to end employee lifecycle across for both weekly and monthly paid employees.
You will be responsible for providing data and insight into the people metrics for the site, so must enjoy working with numbers and reporting. In addition you will be undertaking additional projects including Diversity and Inclusion and Engagement.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will have experienced the challenges working within a manufacturing environment, ideally within food. You will be fully supported as you develop into your role - with excellent career progression and generous salary and benefits including:
