I have partnered with a hybrid Hedge Fund. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a boutique HR function & build out a recruitment process. The process currently has an ATS, but will require the successful candidate to take a strategic approach around candidate experience, interview process management & headhunting of mid-level hires. The firm would like someone to come from a FinTech or purely Tech organisation & ideally speak French, but neither of these are set parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract, hire & retain the very best talent across the junior to mid-level market with the long-term progression to hire the Exec / Senior position
  • Use your stakeholder and relationship building skills to ensure that the recruitment process runs as thoroughly & quickly as possible, to make sure the candidate and hiring manager experience is best it can be
  • Train and develop hiring managers on the Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure the automation benefits are understood and delivered
  • Use unique & forward-thinking hiring strategies to ensure the best talent is acquired
  • Assist in building the brands profile and enhance the visibility to attract top talent
  • Partner with the Global HR team and assist with global mobility & attraction processes

Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in an agency or in-house function, ideally within Tech/Investment Management / Financial Services or FinTech
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn & Greenhouse
  • Excellent spoken & written English, ideally also good / strong knowledge of French
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment & deal with senior stakeholders
