Recruitment Coordinator

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing business as they look to recruit for a permanent Recruitment Coordinator to be based in Weybridge. This is a full time permanent role, offering flexibility to work a hybrid approach.
 
Up to £30,000
 
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the best talent is sourced and recruited, both internally and externally for the company.
 
·Do you have experience in managing applicant tracking systems?
 
·Do you have a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process?
 
·Do you have an understanding of attraction, recruitment challenges and solutions relevant to recruitment?  
 
The Recruitment Coordinator's role will include:
 
·Analysing recruitment campaigns, including individual roles, and providing recommendations for future recruitment
·Advising on methods to attract a diverse applicant pool and provide guidance, training and coaching to HR Recruitment Advisers and Recruiting Managers on 'Best Practice' recruitment processes
·Joining the wider HR team to assist with the coordination of onboarding, and ensure HR records are kept up to date
 
The candidate:
 
·You will have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong track record of working in a collaborative manner to achieve results.
·You have proven experience of using social media, applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools to successfully fill open positions.
·You can demonstrate a good knowledge of employer branding, implementation of such is desirable.
·You will possess: Training, Recruitment, and Job Interviewing Skills.
·Strong experience gained managing the end to end cycle of Recruitment.
·You will have strong analytical skills.
