Job Details

A leading global accountancy firm are recruiting for an HR Adviser to join their team. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, this role will have a focus on providing advice and guidance to partners and managers on all human resources issues. As HR Adviser, you will be responsible for:

  • Employee relations such as discipline, grievance, performance management, absence management, restructures and employment termination
  • Facilitating the salary review processes, application and interpretation of benefits, firm policies and contractual terms and conditions
  • Actively promoting and implementing new initiatives and changes
  • Interpreting exit interview analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting on embedding shared service centre in the business for transactional HR activities
  • Collaborating with other HR colleagues in the generalist team and SME's
  • HR project work

As HR Adviser, you will possess:

  • Previous HR experience, operating at Adviser level
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation
  • Experience of advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence management and general employee relationships issues including termination of employment
  • Experience of building effective relationships with internal client base with strong stakeholder management skills
