I have partnered with a global Investment Bank in their search for a HR Business Partner to join a London based team that looks after a client base of 900 employees across EMEA. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an individual that is currently operating at Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner in a global organisation that is keen to gain further exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with regional counterparts to ensure effective delivery of global processes
  • Support the associate to manage Analyst & Associate population
  • Advise and coach managers across a wide range of employee relations issues independently, taking into account best practice, legislative framework and commercial outcomes. Th
  • Work with the business to interpret and apply policies and procedures
  • Partner with the Experienced Recruitment team to manage permanent hires
  • Work with the business and global HR counterparts to effectively manage cyclical processes (promotion, compensation, roundtables)
  • Ensure the performance evaluation process is communicated and managed across the groups
  • Lead on D&I initiatives
  • Stay abreast of market developments to ensure ability to proactively provide business with valuable market insight
  • Assist in the completion of monthly audits

Skills

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • A proven background within HR either within financial services or professional services
  • An ability to manage and develop relationships within matrix management structures
  • A strong team player with the ability to operate independently, pro-actively and collaborate effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
