This Legal Administrator 11 month FTC will be focussed around supporting the document management process on key projects and providing legal support to the Legal Manager on a day to day basis across a breadth of legal
matters.

Description

As a Legal Administrator your key responsibilities will be:

* Responsible for the document management process on key companywide strategic projects;
* Assist the Legal Manager with day to day legal matters;
* Responsible for maintaining the company's filing on OneDrive database;
* Undertake all duties of a legal administrative nature as required;
* Review and analyse legal documents and commercial contracts;
* Maintain and update precedent documents and templates;
* Maintain legal files and filing systems, file and record contracts;
* Undertake all duties of a clerical and administrative nature as required;
* Maintaining, and where instructed, updating precedent documents and templates;
* Maintenance of files and filing systems, file and record contracts, agreements etc

Profile

* You have previous administrative experience (essential).
* You have previous experience in working with legal documents and contracts (preferable).
* You have good knowledge of UK General Data Protection Regulation (Retained Regulation (EU)
2016/679) ("UK GDPR").
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong ability to communicate
complex issues in concise terms.
* You have strong collaboration skills, ability to work with all levels of staff including the Executive
team.
* You have excellent time management skills, including ability to manage workload and work within
tight deadlines, with an ability to work and prioritise matters systematically and methodically.
* You are a natural and proactive organiser, with an ability to stay on top of a significant number of
documents and matters.
* You have the ability to work independently while maintaining high level of communication with
stakeholders.
* You have superior attention to detail, and taking ownership to get the details right.
* You are comfortable operating in a live, dynamic environment.
* You are enthusiastic and have a genuine love for pets
