Morgan Philips are delighted to be supporting this global brand to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire technology and cyber security professionals for their UK business. This is a permanent position and candidates can be based in London or the Midlands – remote working available.
Candidate should possess.
· Experience in sourcing and recruiting for Tech Talent using varied recruitment strategies
· Knowledge of the Tech market and expertise in at least one area of Technology, e.g. Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cyber etc
· The ability to communicate and influence effectively and with confidence is key. You'll need to be comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring managers via phone and or zoom calls.
· Maintaining high standards of written communication is essential; being clear, concise and accurate when messaging candidates, completing trackers, updates etc.
· You'll be highly organised, with a natural sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail.
· Talent Acquisition can be a fast-paced and overwhelming environment; the ability to stay calm and maintain a high standard of work is essential.
