Interim HR Manager required for a 9-month maternity cover contract based in the centre of Leeds. Salary up to £60K pro rata + benefits.
Part time working will be considered and hybrid working is offered.
As the HR Manager you will report into the HR Director and sit on the management team, supporting a headcount of circa 70 people. This is a stand-alone position and plays a critical role working across the business supporting the organisation in delivery of its strategic and long-term goals. The HR Manager is responsible for providing trusted, business leadership in the delivery of organisational people capabilities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. The role spans the complete employee lifecycle and requires full generalist capability with a partnering mindset than can align structure, culture, and talent.
This role is a true mix of operations and strategic HR and has huge scope for development. You will have the opportunity to implement new ways of working, drive culture change and lead on various HR projects. There is so much to get involved in and you will have the opportunity to really make a positive impact.
To be successful in this role you will be a talented HR Manager who has worked across the generalist remit providing all support on an operational and strategic level. You will be a self-starter who can work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. You will have good commercial acumen and be able to anticipate future trends allowing you to make significant contributions to the development and execution of the business strategy. Your experience of leading HR projects will be a huge asset as well as your ability to build credible relationships, make informed decisions and communicate effectively with all levels of people. You will be CIPD qualified and would have worked within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
