You will be working for a public sector organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent as a HR Business Partner on a part time basis. This role can also consider Senior HR Advisors who are looking at taking the next step in their career.

Your new role
To take a key 'HR generalist' role in the operational delivery of the People Strategy and HR Development Plan. To effectively manage and coordinate an employee relations casework portfolio, taking a business partner approach to advising, guiding and coaching managers with the full range of employment and people management issues, in line with company policy and terms and conditions and employment legislation. To undertake ad hoc project work, and to attend and contribute to Company Working Groups as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, you will be a flexible individual who is able to support the business on their HR Project on a part time basis.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of £32,972 (Full time equivalent), working 28.5 hours per week, on site parking is available with excellent company benefits in place.
