Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech Start-Up
Up to £55,000 + Benefits

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with an International Tech Start-Up based in the City of London to secure a new Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will be standalone to start with, working alongside the Operations Manager. You will then have the opportunity to grow the team!

As well as day to day Recruitment, you will also get involved in a variety of ongoing projects.


Due to popular demand and ambitious growth plans, you will be managing c.15 jobs at any one time, focusing on sales, marketing, and tech. You will need to have had experience managing the same workload with the ability to prioritise your effectively. This role will require someone with strong stakeholder management skills as well.


Experience managing end to end recruitment cycle is a must.


Responsibilities include:
- Full recruitment cycle from taking the brief to offer management.
- Work with business leaders on succession planning and talent pooling, ensuring all future talent needs are identified.
- Support through-out the interview process providing candidate information, question techniques, evaluation, best practice interview methods, pre- and post-interview briefings.
- Proactively pipeline diverse pools of candidates for key roles using a variety of channels
- Actively look at continuous improvement of recruitment processes in your area including training, initiatives etc.
- Support D&I and engagement initiatives.

Experience needed:
- At least 3 years strong 360 recruitment experience, ideally in house.
- Experienced within the tech, marketing, sales would be highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experienced working within a fast-paced business
