About the role:

The business and recruitment team are going through a period of unprecedented growth and need an in-house recruitment coordinator to develop and grow alongside the company. Working closely with the wider HR Team, you will be responsible for the recruitment coordination/administration of predominantly IT professionals from Financial Services, FinTech and Consultancy backgrounds.

We would expect the person within this position to progress within the talent function rapidly depending on their application and desire whilst in the role.

Your key activities will include:

Creating job adverts
Conduct candidate database searches
Out bound and Inbound call handling
Building relationships with agencies and account managers
Managing the candidate experience
Contributing on key strategic projects with the Talent Acquisition team
Building solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers whilst being professional and customer focused

What we require from you:

A strong desire to work and quickly develop within the internal recruitment team
A background within an administration or coordination function
Able to work as part of a dedicated team working towards SLAs and KPIs
A good decision maker
Strong organisation skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
