We have an urgent interim role for Head of Learning and Organisational Development for a highly regarded organisation.

It will be your responsibility to help build and embed a behaviour framework to complement and support our newly developed values: to engage and work with a consultant to design the framework and to identify behaviours for Leaders, Managers and Employees which can then be rolled out across the organisation.

To propose a draft volunteering plan for 2022, based on the new organisational strategy and directorate plans, engaging and working with consultants as required.

To develop the people experience through a number of employee engagement activities.

You will have:

Strong track record of successful planning, implementing and embedding of complex change programmes

Sound experience of successfully leading, managing, motivating, and developing high performing teams

Strong understanding of the role of HR, OD and L&D together with experience in learning

Proven experience of effectively working with and influencing senior managers, of being clear and persuasive on the contribution that good people management makes to organisational effectiveness, and of building strong and effective relationships as part of an organisation-wide senior management team

The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
