We are currently recruiting for a results driven HR Operations Analyst to join our global banking client initially on a temporary basis for 9 months. This role will be client facing and provide a first point of contact to the business to support employees across the full employee lifecyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HR queries and from managers, employees, and HR Business Partners from across the company, taking ownership for the outcome
  • Advise line managers on policy and procedure escalating where appropriate to the HRBP or HR Ops Manager.
  • Administration of the end to end HR employee lifecycle processes including: Contracts, updating employee records, payroll instructions, onboarding processes
  • Responsible for the document management processes within HR Services
  • Manage reporting of issues, including the pre-employment screening processes with the vendor and ensuring HR invoices are processed timely and accurately
  • Additional duties as required to support the HR Operations team in various HR projects
  • For aligned HR business area, complete compliance block leave reports quarterly to provide manager with accurate information ensuring compliance.
  • Provide an excellent employee and manager experience, building relationships internally.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in HR administration in a fast pace changing environment
  • Workday would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and calm approach
  • CIPD beneficial
