I have partnered with one of the UK's leading online trading services that offer a wide range of services from spread betting through to trading. They are now looking to bring a brand-new position of an IT Recruitment Specialist into their HR department, to assist and lead with their rapid growth / expansion into their Technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & lead on all IT / Technology recruitment across the organisation (UK based) - focusing on attraction & building the external brand of the firm
- Use various techniques to source candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying, interviewing, coordination and offer management
- Build internal relationships with the hiring managers & also, the HR team to ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout
- Understand the benefits of technical and behavioural assessments & implement to specific candidates
Skills:
- Proven track record of sourcing & hiring IT candidates
- Work independently
- Excellent oral & written communication
- Understanding of the Financial Services market, but also IT / Technology in general
