A brilliant opportunity is available in one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses in the UK/Europe. They are looking for an Exec Recruiter who will specialise in Sales/Marketing roles globally. This is a newly created role and will provide the successful candidate a real chance to be part of something special, see a business grow and to contribute to that.

You will be tasked with leading all executive searches in relation to Business Services (Marketing, Sales, People + Workplaces, Operations), globally. This business is one of the leading fintech players that is rapidly changing the traditional monetary establishment. The leadership hires you make within the Business Services organisation will play pivotal roles in driving the business into the next stage of its journey.

We need fully experienced Exec Recruiters for this role - in-house or search firm experience both will work nicely. Candidates will need to be able to operate globally and work in a fast paced, transforming environment.


  • Run end-to-end searches for executive appointments as well overseeing the process with any agency-appointed searches within Business Services
  • Select, manage and foster relationships with executive search agencies and partners, acting as a SPOC and guide to ensure the right candidates are presented / captured in the process
  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies, attracting the very best leadership profiles from some of the world's most innovative and exciting companies
  • Actively manage these candidates and higher management stakeholders through strong communication skills and data
  • Act as advisers to and partner with LT / C-suite across our Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations departments to understand their hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals
  • Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, On-boarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Provide a flawless candidate interview experience and delight our internal hiring managers


  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter (agency or inhouse)
  • Experienced recruiting in Marketing & Sales. HR & Operations are a bonus but not a necessity
  • Have at least 3+ years experience of running end-to-end executive searches
  • Consistent track record of sourcing and recruiting Marketing & Sales. HR & Operations is a bonus but not a necessity
  • Strong network of potential hires within the European fintech scene
  • Ability to understand and relate to the startup mentality
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
  • Analytical/data oriented approach to handling a recruiting funnel and working with hiring partners
