Outside IR35 Role
A global Insurance business, based in the city, require an experienced HR Change Manager on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week).
The role will support the HR team and the Business in the delivery of a major business transformation program currently running over the next 3 years.
- Assess which teams within the organisation require a skills gap analysis
- Undertake behavioural and technical skills gap assessments
- Design the skills gap framework and work with team leads to assess their team's capability gaps
- Design and implement a upskilling plan for impacted roles
- Design a training framework and work with external vendors to deliver
- Work with external vendors for training on new technologies
- Experience implementing organisation wide design models
- Strong relationship management skills
- Planning, analysis, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Able to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to think analytically, a good facilitator and consensus builder, and a problem solver
