Outside IR35 Role

A global Insurance business, based in the city, require an experienced HR Change Manager on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week).

The role will support the HR team and the Business in the delivery of a major business transformation program currently running over the next 3 years.

  • Assess which teams within the organisation require a skills gap analysis
  • Undertake behavioural and technical skills gap assessments
  • Design the skills gap framework and work with team leads to assess their team's capability gaps
  • Design and implement a upskilling plan for impacted roles
  • Design a training framework and work with external vendors to deliver
  • Work with external vendors for training on new technologies

Skills required:

  • Experience implementing organisation wide design models
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Planning, analysis, organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to think analytically, a good facilitator and consensus builder, and a problem solver
