Recruitment Advisor - Barnet - £30-35k plus benefits

Our client is a commercial organisation that is growing and they have an opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. working closely with the hiring manages to provide a high quality attraction, recruitment and selection service for the business.

- Key point of contact for Attraction, Recruitment and Selection
- Support hiring managers during interviews where possible
- Ensure the business has an effective managed PSL
- Ensure the business is compliant with legal requirements
- Offer all recruiting managers training in shortlisting, interview, recruitment and selection activities
- Generate new, effective and actionable recruitment processes
- Ad-hoc Projects

It is essential that you have the following experience:-

- Previous experience of working at a similar level ideally within a blue/white collar environment
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Analytical Thinking and Problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High level of confidentiality
- Forward thinking approach
