Multi Award Winning, Community Focused, Not for Profit Organisation based in Manchester are seeking to appoint a dynamic and driven People Services Manager to join their friendly and dedicated team

Your new role
As an experienced HR professional you'll design develop and deliver a comprehensive and effective people services plan aligned to the wider organisational strategy focusing on key areas of recruitment & retention, talent management & development, wellbeing, service development and continuous improvement and engagement.
In this pivotal, varied and exciting role you'll work closely alongside the board of directors and senor management team as a trusted partner and also effectively manage and direct the payroll and HR service teams. Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Develop & Deliver the People Strategy Aligned to Company Vision
• Manage & Develop the HR Service & Payroll Teams Ensuring an Effective & Compliant Service Provision
• HR & Payroll Risk & Audit Management
• Management of total HR Function & Team
• Oversee and develop HRIS and reward systems
• Oversee ER Case Management Support Escalations & IR Negotiations
• Provide effective HR advisory service to the SMT
• Support the SMT in People Development and Training Plans
• Budget Management

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Level 7 Qualification or working towards
Proven Capability within a HR service Management role
Driven, Commerical and Dynamic Approach
Strong Employment Legislation Knowledge
Strong Management skills
Commitment to continuous improvement of HR service and Managing Risk to the business
Payroll & Pension Tax Knowledge
Pension & Benefits Understanding
Recruitment and Selection Experience
Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
Team Management Experience
Ability to manage and balance Team workload
