Head of Reward

Morgan Philips are delighted to supporting a great business in Berkshire to hire a Head of Reward on a permanent basis. The business is currently undergoing an exciting period of change and you will be instrumental in supporting all the Reward related aspects of the people change agenda as well as managing the day to day reward function. This is a hybrid role working in the office 1-2 days per week.

Reporting to a great HR Director, your key responsibilities will include;

• Developing and implementing Reward Strategy
• Be the expert in everything relating to Reward, building and developing relationships internally and externally
• Developing job evaluation, grading and benchmarking to ensure consistency and ensuring the offering remains current and attractive
• Scoping out the existing offering and processes, redesigning a new reward approach for existing and new employees and aligning this to the future business plans
• Working with line managers to understand the existing total reward package from base pay, bonuses, incentives and overtime etc and shaping it in line with the business goals
• Making recommendations on improvements to ensure they support the future growth of the business
• Harmonising Terms and Conditions
• Building relevant relationships both internally and externally to ensure benchmarking and market trends are in line with the new proposed changes
• Managing a small team of Reward Analysts

Suitable candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a business with an operational workforce and have been instrumental in redesigning the reward offering for a business to support performance and operational effectiveness.
