To create and build on existing recruitment tools to enable the business to achieve their goal of being a truly inclusive place to work by ensuring that diversity, inclusion, fairness and consistency are at the heart of all of their recruitment related activities and decisions. To provide tools, guidance and present best practice to enable hiring managers to recruit ensuring diversity and inclusion needs are met.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Diversity and Inclusion best practice, specifically within recruitment.
Employment legislation knowledge and knowledge of psychometrics is essential.
The ideal candidate will have advised Recruitment teams on D&I in the past
Financial Services experience is desirable
