To provide tools, guidance and present best practice to enable hiring managers to recruit ensuring diversity and inclusion needs are met.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Diversity and Inclusion best practice, specifically within recruitment.

Employment legislation knowledge and knowledge of psychometrics is essential.

The ideal candidate will have advised Recruitment teams on D&I in the past

Financial Services experience is desirable
