HR Business Partner
Can be based in Birmingham or Manchester
We are seeking a HR Business Partner to work for a law firm to be based in either Birmingham or Manchester. We are flexible on location for this role and will have a mixture of office and home working
The HR BP will report to the Senior HR BP and will deliver on the HR strategy in line with the people strategy. You will deliver on performance management, budgeting, workforce planning and project management. This is a great opportunity to work with senior stakeholders in the group.
Responsibilities:
- Work and provide support to the specialist team
- Influence and bring part of project teams delivering on business strategies
- Support the business on driving change ( structures and projects)
- Co-ordinate the salary review and bonus allocation process
- Coaching partners and managers on all people issues
- Champion the learning agenda with the teams
The successful HR BP will have a CIP qualification and have experience across the generalist remit and have a good understanding of complex ER and L&D delivery.
