Job Details
A leading global professional services firm are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have responsibility for the Consulting arm of the business and will be charged with developing the recruitment strategy, managing partner hires and overall responsibility of the TA team. As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Recruitment strategy
- Ownership of strategic relationship with key stakeholders to build the recruitment strategy
- Building an achievable strategy for effective delivery of recruitment from the highest quality and most diverse talent pools
- Consistent communication of key messages such as D&I
- Briefing TA teams and RPO's on recruitment needs
- Developing external network and profile to gain market knowledge and thought leadership
- Acting as ambassador for the firm
- Recruitment delivery
- Working closely with key stakeholders to agree a service delivery framework
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment for Partner hires within Consulting
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will possess:
- Deep knowledge and experience of recruitment, ideally within an inhouse professional services team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong management experience of large sized teams
- Experience of recruiting for Partner level hires
