Recruitment Manager

Your new company
Our public sector client in Leicester are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to manage the rest of their latest recruitment campaign on a temporary contract for immediate start.

Your new role
This role is managing the remainder of a recruitment campaign and putting processes and procedures in place for the next campaign. You will assist in coordinating the activities of the wider recruitment team and plan a programme of positive action activities. You will review and feedback the data from the current campaign and make recommendations for change whilst engaging with relevant departments to set up a recruitment team for the next campaign.

This is a full time position with flexible hybrid working from the Leicester office.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the client are looking for experienced recruitment professionals who have experience coordinating, planning and managing recruitment campaigns. You will need to be an excellent relationship builder who can influence and manage stakeholders across the organisation and externally. The client are looking for individuals who have a sound knowledge of and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion as well as delivering positive action results. You will also need the ability to analyse, interpret and present recruitment data/metrics to measure the success of the campaign and be able to recommend positive action improvements for moving forward.

Overall the client are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with personal resilience and a track record of delivery and achievement.
