A niche Financial Services business are looking for a Technology Recruiter to help us identify, interview, and hire experienced candidates across their Engineering teams. You'll work on a variety of technical roles, from perennial hires like Software, IT, and Networking roles, to novel hires in areas that we're expanding.

People and relationships drive our their recruiting approach. You'll partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies and collaborate with our external recruiting agencies to supplement our traditional pipelines. You'll also help active candidates navigate our hiring processes. We prize the quality of these relationships and trust them to help us reach our goals; we avoid a strict reliance on numbers and targets.

Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of their business, and they pride ourselves on maintaining the human element of recruiting. They have a quality vs quantity approach and hiring exceptional talent has helped the business become-and remain-an industry leader in technology and innovation.

We're looking for someone with the experience and dedication to maintain that tradition.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience recruiting top-notch technologists / software engineers
  • Deep experience managing a pipeline of candidates from initial engagement to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers to kick off novel searches from scratch
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude
  • Motivated self-starter who can prioritise tasks effectively and turn ideas into action
  • Humble attitude about what you know and don't know; not afraid to ask questions and admit mistakes
  • Ability to exercise discretion and be thoughtful about internal and external communication
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively within and across various teams, and independently as appropriate
  • Natural inclination to prioritise in a commercial manner, and keep candidates and hiring managers fully informed throughout a search
