Your new company
Our client engineer and manufacture sustainable solutions for the industrial, water and energy sectors. Due to the significant rise in business activity and growth of head count as they scale up, the need has arisen for a HR & Recruitment assistant to join the HR Director on a permanent basis. The role is based fairly centrally to Oxford with good public transport links and parking available, you will be office based for 4 days a week and will have the option to work from home for 1 day.

This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone who is looking for their second step in HR or who already has some HR Admin or Recruitment Admin experience.


Your new role
Working under the wing and guidance of the HR Director, you will gain exposure to the full 360 discipline of HR. You will begin by supporting with vital HR Administration duties, taking on the coordination and management of the company's recruitment activities and will also gain the opportunity to learn more about the employee life cycle and the HR input throughout.

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of start up/scale up, the right attitude is one of the most important things to be successful in this role. There will be times where you will need to pro-actively take on duties outside of your role in order to help the wider team and over time, this role may pivot or develop into different areas.

Our client is looking for someone who already has a good foundation knowledge of HR and or Recruitment, ideally you will have your CIPD Level 3 and approximately 12 months experience of working in HR Administration.
