We have an exciting new permanent job opportunity for a HRMI Specialist to join a sme business with an international presence on a 12-month FTC. The firm a specialist consultancy provider and one of the best in the industry and have over 30 years' experience in their field. They have a great culture and currently have a headcount of 250 members of staff spread across a number of offices. This is a newly created opportunity as a result of growth and therefor the need for an additional person in the HR team to add to their specialist support, they provide the business.
Your new job
In your new job as a HRMI Specialist you will be reporting into the HR Operations Manager. You will develop and maintain both process and outputs to safeguard HR data integrity and deliver consistent, accurate HR metrics. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager you will lead on process analysis, definition and improvement to ensure data flows are compliant with legal and company requirements while delivering the outputs required to support the strategic direction of the business. To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent report writing ability and be technically excellent
