Your new role
You will support a global team, predominantly recruiting within the corporate functions aspect of the business. You will take full ownership of the recruitment function, sourcing candidates through various avenues, the planning of interviews and selection process with the extended role of hosting and participating in career events. You will represent the brand tone and culture, promoting the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you have proven experience developing long-term recruiting strategies alongside creating a strong talent pipeline. You will have experience within in-house recruitment, or an agency background within the corporate functions market
What you'll get in return
Between 50-55k base salary + benefits + a very attractive WFH model
