HR/ Compliance SMCR Officer

Your new role
In your new role you will be expected to, Help the company maintain compliance, Ensure employment contracts remain SMCR compliant, Ensure HR procedures and policies are SMCR compliant, Work with HR MI Analyst to build SMCR reporting, Provide regulatory references with input from Compliance, Document and maintain SOPs and checklists for processes impacted by SMCR, Manage the annual mid-cycle fit and proper assessments for Certified Persons and Senior Managers, including the escalation process and issuing certificates where required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have SMCR experience or currently in a Senior HR officer role where you develop or implement SMCR procedures and frameworks.
