Morgan Philips are searching for a HR Change Lead for a 14 month contract paying up to £80,000.  The role will be based in High Wycombe and has a hybrid working model so you will be required to be in the office a few days every week.

The role of HR Change Lead will work as part of HR Systems Programme Leadership team and wider HR function to develop a business change approach which supports a successful implementation of the new technology and new ways of working (Ceridian Dayforce – HR, Workforce Management and Payroll). You will work closely with the solution teams to understand the design, and play a key role in ensuring that the business is ready to accept the change. You will lead the functional impact assessment process to identify and document changes required to people frameworks (processes, procedures, policies, controls and HR delivery model). The role will also ensure alignment to the wider Group transformation programme taking into consideration overall change impacts across the business.

The successful candidate will have a strong HR Change and Communications background gained from a project environment especially in relation to technology.  You will be educated to degree level with a professional qualification in change and project management.  You will have experience working with structured change management methodologies as well as delivery experience of change impact assessments, change readiness assessments, change action plans and change networks.  You will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic project team, have the ability to communicate articulately, confidently and effectively at all levels and the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.  You will also be highly organised, detail orientated and able to prioritse effectively as well as resilient with the ability to work under pressure in a high volume and fast paced environment.
