ER Consultant (Permanent Role) - Education Sector - Home Based Role

Your new company

You will be working for a company that is a leading service provider to public and private sector organisations throughout the UK.

Their aim is to work in partnership with their clients to assist them in becoming more efficient.

Your new role

You will be required to work as part of a small team, reporting to the Team Manager, providing advice, guidance, and support to schools on a full range of employment matters and progressing casework.

Additionally, some design/delivery of training to school leaders will also be a key part of the role.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience of working in a HR role and advising varying levels of complexity of casework is a necessity.

A CIPD Qualification or having a Graduate membership is desirable.

A flexible and resilient approach to work. Personal commitment to continuous professional development.

What you'll get in return

Salary ranging between £34,000 - £37,000

This role is primarily home based with occasional travel across the London boroughs of Bromley and Croydon.

Full-Time permanent positions (37hours per week)
