Your new role
An exciting job opportunity within a fast-paced, busy HR team. This role covers both hands-on operational HR responsibilities and strategic projects, responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head of HR with:
Supporting the implementation of a new HR System and Time and Attendance System.
Terms and Conditions review and harmonisation
Managing ER cases from end-end
Supporting and coaching managers on HR best practice
Supporting the recruitment and selection process.
Assisting with the day-day hands-on HR duties.
This opportunity would suit you, if you enjoy adding value and looking at ways you can improve and streamline processes and are solutions focused and enjoy a role that covers both the day-day HR responsibilities as well as HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR BP, with experience implementing Succession Planning and Talent Management and leading on HR projects. You must also have experience managing complex ER cases from end to end. You will ideally have experience as an HR BP within Logistics, Distribution, Retail or Manufacturing.
