People Assistant required for a Real Estate and Property Developer - six month fixed term contract, London based.

You will be working for a well-established Real Estate and Property Developer.

Description

The key responsibilities of the People Assistant of this Real Estate and Property Developer based in London is to provide comprehensive HR support to the People Advisor.

Your day to day duties will be as follows:

  • Provide generalist advice, coaching and support for all UK managers
  • Support People and Culture initiatives
  • Drive higher engagement and performance throughout the company
  • Assist with Payroll & Benefits
  • Recruitment
  • Learning & Development
  • Employee Relations

Profile

The successful People Assistant will possess the following:

  • Proven track record in delivering high value generalist HR support within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills and numerical skills
  • An adaptable approach to work with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • UK employment law knowledge
  • Excellent excel knowledge

Job Offer

This People Assistant role is initially a six month fixed term contract. There may be potential to go perm

  • Competitive salary paying up to £30,000
  • Hybrid working
