Client Details
The Recruiter will be highly motivated to provide support for both support and curriculum staff, ensuring the best talent join the two colleges.
Description
The Recruiter will be a "self-starter" with a proven ability to provide support for the whole recruitment process.
Main areas of responsibility will include:-
* Document drafting, assisting with creating job specifications
* Advertising the roles, using job boards, social media and building relationships with 3rd party suppliers
* Sourcing candidates
* Shortlisting
* Pre-screening candidates
* Arranging interviews and providing feedback
* Facilitation offers
It is vital to build relationships with all colleagues across the two sites, so travel will be required for this role.
Profile
The Recruiter will have a proven ability to attract talent across various methods. A consultative approach is required, whilst also being self motivated and driven.
Knowledge of the education sector would be advantageous however not essential.
A car driver is required in order to be able to travel to both colleges
