We have 4 requirements for HR Managers to work as part of a large public organisation working from home FTC
We are seeking 4 x HR Managers to join a large public sector organisation working from home with sites across the South Coast. These roles will be initial fixed term contracts upto March 2022 but also have opportunity for longer term/permanent.
As HR Managers you will work as part of a team providing Organisations with a comprehensive HR Management support including employer relations case work, change, restructures and HR projects such as job specifications, Job evaluation, and Gender pay gap.
Depending on your experiences you will be working as an HR Manager working on a range of projects including any area of the following : -
- Employer Relations Case Work - grievance, disciplinary, performance, absence, dismissal.
- Executive Job Descriptions : - developing executive job descriptions to support organisational needs
- Gender Pay Gap Reporting - analysis of reporting data and report
We are seeking HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partners who have a broad HR Generalist background role across any of these areas : - employee relations case work, change, policy, job descriptions and Gender pay gap.
We are seeking candidates with HR Manager/HRBP/Senior Advisor level and previous experience of working within large organisations with unionised and public sector.
These roles will be offered on a fixed term basis upto end of March 2022 and then longer term FTC or Permanent depending on candidates.
Require 4 x HR Managers
Working from Home / Remote with sites across the South / South Coast which in future could require visits but are very much remote working.
