A fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, 12 Month FTC, within a fast-paced, prestigious, automotive organisation in Milton Keynes.

Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, (12 Month FTC) you will be part of an HR team, responsible for pro-actively managing the end-end recruitment and selection process for a variety of roles. This role will suit someone who is used to sourcing for niche roles and using boolean searches and linked in and building pipelines of suitable candidates. You will manage the process, from identifying recruitment needs with line managers, selecting suitable recruitment methods for recruitment campaigns and managing a budget, you will have creative flair and be able to write compelling adverts, you will be responsible for screening applications, running assessment days and sitting in on virtual interviews if required and managing senior stakeholders expectations and ensuring they work to process.The role can be office based in Milton Keynes or home based with some travel for the first month in Hertfordshire and London


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who is used to managing niche roles and sourcing using boolean searches and linked in and managing the end-end recruitment cycle. Ideally you will have experience as a commercial, In-House Recruiter, who is used to managing high volume recruitment as well as niche role. You must have a clean, full driving licence. You will ideally be able to start with no more than 4 weeks notice.
