Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading global media brand who have an opportunity for a Senior Pensions and Benefits Manager to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Group Benefits you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Helping to design and develop the pensions strategy for the business
* Taking ownership of the UK DC pension plan and acting as the key point of contact for the trustee boards
* Ensuring that the company pension plan is competitive and market leading
* Supporting with company benefits such as healthcare and insurance
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in pension schemes, is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and ideally has experience working with company benefits such as insurance and healthcare.
