Our Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a senior role within the company and you will be required to provide end to end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process. You will be required to lead on recruitment projects alongside providing full 360 support on roles.
Your responsibilities will be included but not be limited to:
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelining delivery against appropriate requisitions
- Maintain a network of passive candidates
- Oversee the provision of high-quality market intelligence
- Effectively screen and engage with prospective candidates in line with company standards
- Keep up to date with regulatory requirements
- Assist with various projects as they come in to the pipeline
To be successful you will have experience in a similar role ideally within the financial services sector.
