About the role
This is a brand-new role that has been created due to the company growth and further acquisitions. You will play a vital role within the HR team by providing administrative support around the entire employee lifecycle.
The main areas of focus will be -
Recruitment - Posting the job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, speaking with shortlisted candidates, arranging interviews, pre-employment checks, creating offering letters.
Employee lifecycle - being the first point of contact for HR queries, scheduling inductions for new starters, drafting contracts, leavers, scheduling employee training.
General Administration - Ensure the HR system is up to date and accurate, providing ad hoc reports and HR information, maintaining accurate employee records, support the team with any employee relations matters, including note taking in formal (disciplinary/grievance) meetings.
This is role that will give you great exposure to enhance your HR career within a friendly, growing organisation.
This role would suit a junior candidate who is looking to take the next step in their HR Career. The ideal candidate will have had some HR exposure (6-12 month) and will ideally come from a similar industry although that is not essential.
CIPD Level 3 is highly desirable but the company are willing to fund this for the right candidate.
You will also need to possess the following skills to the suitable for this role -
·Bags of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and support across a wide range of HR duties.
·A friendly, proactive and professional manner.
·Excellent communications skills both written and speaking.
·Strong attention to detail.
