Payroll & Reward Advisor £35k to £40k FTE + Bonus - Central London
A leading and established law firm located in central London are seeking a Payroll & Reward Advisor on a permanent basis
Please note: My client are also offering a flexible working pattern.
This role reports directly into the Head of Reward with links to finance.
Job Overview:
- Process monthly payroll for the firm.
- Annual P11D processing.
- Be the first point of contact for starters and leavers - ensuring new starter checklist and P45s are sent to payroll provider.
- Dealing with Adhoc payroll Queries.
- Completion of salary and Benefit Benchmarking Surveys.
- Assisting with Annual Bonus review.
Skills and experience:
- Strong payroll & Benefits experience.
- Team player
- CIPP/ CIPD qualified
- Strong experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience of dealing with an outsourced payroll provider.
