Payroll & Reward Advisor £35k to £40k FTE + Bonus - Central London

A leading and established law firm located in central London are seeking a Payroll & Reward Advisor on a permanent basis

Please note: My client are also offering a flexible working pattern.

This role reports directly into the Head of Reward with links to finance.

Job Overview:

  • Process monthly payroll for the firm.
  • Annual P11D processing.
  • Be the first point of contact for starters and leavers - ensuring new starter checklist and P45s are sent to payroll provider.
  • Dealing with Adhoc payroll Queries.
  • Completion of salary and Benefit Benchmarking Surveys.
  • Assisting with Annual Bonus review.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong payroll & Benefits experience.
  • Team player
  • CIPP/ CIPD qualified
  • Strong experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience of dealing with an outsourced payroll provider.
