Tech Talent Sourcer (Full remote working available)
Up to £35,000

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a fast-growing Digital Publishing Brand who are looking for a Tech Talent Sourcer to join their team. The role is fully remote however the candidate will have the option to access the shared working space based in London.
The role sits within the newly formed Talent Acquisition team, the candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening tech professionals and assisting the recruiters across 7 global markets.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of search resources
- Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
Experience Needed:
- Two years' experience in a candidate sourcing role
- Demonstrated capabilities in using different sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with a variety of ATS systems, recruitment platforms and social media tools
- Organised, detail-oriented and stress resilient
