Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading investment bank and financial services business based in the heart of London. You will be joining a world renowned business operating in over 60 countries, with over 4000 employees globally. This company has an excellent reputation and offers flexible working. A highly prestigious brand with a strong global presence, they are hiring for a new role of HR Data Manager to join the team.

The HR department and HRIS team are looking for a skilled data analyst to set-up and manage data processes to ensure data integrity and effective processes around their global HR data stored in Workday. This is a new role where you will be responsible for improving data quality and collection processes so that the business can then perform more effective HR analytics to contribute toward commercial business decisions. Reporting in to the HR Systems Manager you will work closely with the BA , HRIS and wider HR team as well as senior stakeholders across the business. The HRIS team will build their reports and dashboards but you will be responsible for working with them on the requirements and the integrations from Workday to other platforms such as Cloudpay and SAP. At times these integrations can fail due to gaps in data so it will be your remit to ensure processes are improved to avoid this. You will also be looking at data governance and compliance, plus reconciling data sets. You will also be looking at gender and diversity data plus recruitment data such as 'time to hire'.

This role will suit and HR Data or Analytics Analyst or Manager. The role will also consider Business Analysts. It is essential you have an analytical mindset and have HR data experience. Workday/SAP/Cloudpay experience isn't essential but would be a bonus. You must be a competent user of Excel and have a natural fair for HR systems and data analytics. You should have a good understanding of data governance frameworks and reporting areas such as gender pay gap. This is initially a 18 month contract but is likely to extend.

You will receive a competitive compensation package for this role and have the opportunity to work for a highly established financial services business and HRIS team. This is a new role so you will have the opportunity to shape it as your own and will be given autonomy in the position. The company also offers a hybrid working model and also offer free lunches in the office and a competitive pensions scheme.

If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
