As an HR Administrator, you will assume responsibility for becoming an expert in, and being the driving force behind, our HR Information System (HRIS). In addition, you will take responsibility for supporting activities related to the creation, update and compilation of HR data and reports, provide support for payroll activities, assist in the administration of our compensation and benefits plans, provide admin support for relocation and visa processes, support internal HR audits, and have the chance to participate in a variety of other HR projects.

Role and responsibilities

  • Administration of internal HR Information System (HRIS), including Learning Management System
  • Organizing and maintaining employee records (digital and paper), such as Starter and Leaver Checklists
  • Assisting with preparation of Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
  • Create regular management reports regarding key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, productivity, compensation and benefits
  • Assist in payroll management, compensation and benefits administration
  • Provide admin support for relocation and visa processes
  • Preparing general / ad hoc letters, i.e. reference request letters, and confirmation of employment letters
  • HR file management
  • Provide advice and support in response to basic HR queries from employees
  • Liaise with partners both internally and externally to ensure smooth running of the department
  • Maintaining the organisation charts on a monthly basis.
  • Checking post and screening information on a daily basis
  • Participate in HR projects, as and when required


The candidate

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in HR Administrator / HR-support roles (preferred)
  • Highly-proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - including pivot tables and v-look ups) Numeracy and reporting skills essential
  • Experience supporting 3rd party agencies with visa processes
  • Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits programs, employment law, recruitment (preferred)
  • Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
  • Experienced in using Oracle-based HR systems (preferred) Attention to detail and organisation skills essential
  • Fast learner, capable of working in fast-changing environment
